B2 Visitor Visa Validity - Is restamping required?

Hello,

My parents received their B2 visitor visa for 10yrs in Sept 2010. They have visa valid until Sept 2020. They visited US only one time in Dec 2010. Now after 6yrs they are planning to visit again. Their passports and visas are valid. Do they need to go to US embassy for any reason? Or they can book ticket directly and come here?

I just want to confirm this because I am unaware of any rules/regulations changed after 2010 that might require restamping for any reason?
