In form I-134 Affidavit of Support section 8, "The following persons are dependent upon me for support: .."
Do I need to write only those who live with me and are claimed as my dependent on my tax returns. I have one more child who stays with his mother, and I do support him but I dont claim him as dependent in my tax returns as his mother claim him as dependent in her tax returns. (a dependent can only be claimed in one tax return). Shall I include him in the form I-134 as dependent partially supported or leave it as stated in the sample I-134 in this forum, link to this is https://www.immihelp.com/form-i-134-...visitors-visa/ as "8.
