Visa formality for my 1 year old son

Hi,

I need one very urgent help. I am applying for my USA Tourist Visa (B2) for me, my wife and my son who is 1 year old.
Please tell me:

1. Whether I need to fill DS160 for my son also?
2. Do I take my baby for fingerprint scanning and Visa interview to Embassy?

Please help guys. I have to travel by this month end and this is very important.
