Visitor Visa for Parents and In-laws - Urgent Infos

Am planning to apply visa for my mother and In-Laws visiting US in July. Am totally new to this concept and I really appreciate anyone in this forum to guide me. Just now, they have received the passport.
1. Do I need to prepare all the documents first ?
2. Once I completed above step, Then only I can block dates in the site.
3. Pls let me know which site I need to block the dates.

FYI: They are planning to come for my delivery and I heard I should not mention in the visa. Otherwise, they will not get a visa which will be considered as baby sitter job here.

Pls guide me ASAP
