    Stamped Passport

    Hi,

    I have an appointment for my mother for Visitor Visa at mumbai consulate. When the consulate returns the passport with the Visa Stamp at the address mentioned in the application, does the applicant (my mom) has to be present and sign to take the courier delivery? Do they ask for any proof before delivering the passport?
