  • F1 rejected twice but I still have B1/B2 can i enter in States on B1/b2 again?

I was an International Rotary Youth Exchange student in US in 2009-2010 (Had J1 visa). And I just got B1/B2 in August 2016 and I went on my US tour from 1st Sep 2016 till 1st November 2016. Now I have applied for F1 visa twice on 5-11-16 and 6-12-16, they rejected my F1 visa but never said a word about my b1/b2. They didnt even stamped anything on B1/B2, So I still have the B1/B2 visa right? And I want to go back in US for Christmas and Rotary International Events in January and February, So can I go to US on 22nd December on b1/b2? Will the Immigration allow me to enter the United States or they will send me back? Please tell me what should I do.

If your visa wasn't visibly cancelled then technically you can use it to try to enter. Of course any time a foreigner tries to enter the US there is no guarantee that they will let him enter.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
