Wife's surgery, visitors visa for in-laws and sister-in-law.

Hi,

I am planning to invite my in-laws, sister-in-law on visitors visa. My wife is undergoing a surgery, they will be here to support my wife and our 18 month old daughter.
I have few questions.
1. What all documents I need to send from here. Apart from my visa docs (H1B copy, i797 etc), recent pay stubs etc.
2. Do I need to send any letter from our doctor's office reg. the treatment and surgery as a support document?
3. Is it ok to book visa interview for three of them on one same day?
4. What questions they may ask to my in-laws.
4. What questions they may ask to my sister-in-law. Do I need to send separate invite letter and supporting document to her, if in case we have to book the visa interview dates separately.
5. My sister-in-law is unemployed, will that effect in any way? My brother-in-law is a SW engineer, will be in India during this period.

Please suggest on the visa dates and the supporting documents for both in-laws and sister-in-law.

Don't tell the VO that you are inviting your in-laws for helping your wife and taking care of the baby because of surgery, the visa will be denied. Remember that visitor visa is for tourism only.

For in-laws it should be simple I believe if I go with normal visitor visa. But for sister-in-law will there be anything I can do to make sure that the VO is satisfied.
