DS 160 Have you ever been in the US ? Dont remember travel dates

My Father visited the US in the 90s and we dont even have his passport accessible that he had at the time. So we dont remember the answer to the following questions

Travel Date
Length of stay
Date Last visa was issued

should I just answer these quesetions by what we can remember as the probable dates as it was sometime in 1992 that all this happened?
