Need help with info on marrying someone on tourist visa

Hello and thanks for any info.
I met my friend about 5 yrs ago. She had to move back home because she messed up her ESTA forms. That was in 2013/14.
We want to get married now and I'm trying to figure out the best and quickest way to do so.

Best Way: You would apply for a K1 fiance visa. If it's approved, then your friend would enter the U.S. and you would have 90 days to marry. However, I would not say it will be quick. It can take some time to be processed and by time I mean months. The sooner you apply, the better.
