Visiting spouse on B1/B2 visa while holding valid H1b

Hi,

I recently got married and my wife (who is currently working in India) would like to visit me in the US.

I'm currently working on a H1B Visa.

My wife has a B1/B2 visa and has travelled to the US from before we were married (to visit her family). Her employer also recently applied for an H1b visa independently, and she got her visa stamped recently (just before we got married).

However, she doesn't have a project in the US yet, so she continues to work in India, with the expectation that her project in the US would commence early next year.

That said, is it OK for her to visit me for a couple of weeks on the B1/B2 visa?
Can we anticipate any problems from the CBP officer at the point of entry?
Will there be any issues with possible intent to migrate, given she has a valid H1B?
Any documentation we can carry to help ease her immigration procedure?

I would not suggest her to visit US on B1/B2 visa. Why don't you apply H4 visa for her or if it's possible you can visit her.
