visiting USA with a B1/B2 visitor visa while my I130 petition is pending?

My daughter who is an American citizen is planning to fill my I130 petition. Can I travel with a B1/B2 visitor visa to the US while my I130 petition is pending?

Yes, she can visit... but ONLY IF SHE PLANS TO RETURN... not wait until her I-130 is approved and then decide to file for Adjustment of Status in the USA.

Processing times / visitor visa while i130 processing?

My husband is from morocco, and I sent his I130 application which was recieved by immigration on December 1st 2016. Does anyone know the current processing times for this application? Also, could he come on a b2 visitor visa while our case is processing as long as he returns home before his interview there? He would only stay about a month but im afraid it will cause our application to take longer. Does anyone have any experience with this and will trumps new laws make the visit harder to get?
