finger prints not clear

Hi Everyone, my parents went to chennai consulate for visitor's visa on March 29th. They were asked to come back, next week as my mom's finger prints are not clear. I wanted check if this is normal and if any one has experienced the same.

I am worried now what they will be told next week. I hope the process will not delay further.

I would appreciate if you could share your experiences.

Its not unusual. Tell ur mom to keep that finger clean and without any bruises. Use gloves when washing plates :-)
