B2 Visa use

My parent has a B2 visa, and they wish to visit me here in US for one month, will they be allowed to leave the US for one month and be back after one month (for another month) if they have multiple entry visa?

Yes. They can but most likely immigration officer at the port of entry may raise the question regarding the reason for their visit. Is there any reason they need to visit US again very soon?
