about prephoning

hi,my mother has interview date on june 13&my father on 23 ,june at chennai consulate.i wanna know by any chance my father s date could be prephoned so that they could have on same day,as you know which will be easier on either side like sending the papers together&for them also attending together.somehow i heard that VO is also happy that his job is easier rather than twice.please help me answering this &let me know how to proceed if it could be done.
