B2 travelling from different country insted

I have question regarding B2 visa. Basically I am from Asia and currently living in UK. Just wondering If they grant me visa from United Kingdom, So will I be able to travel from Asia to USA instead UK? Look forward to hearing from you soon.

It doesn't matter. You can come from any country as long as you have valid visa.
