I had a us B1/B2 visa I went to US last year in September and came back in November. After I came back I applied for F1 (Student Visa) then the officer refused me for the F1 vise and he also canceled my B1/B2 visa. He put a sealed Cancel Without Prejudice. I wanna know why he cancelled my B1/B2 visa and how I am suppose to get the visa again...
