Online Appointment for visitor visa

Dear all,

I am trying to book an online appt for my father. He deposited the visa appl fees yesterday (Mar 29) at the Pune HDFC branch. I tried entering his details + the HDFC barcode number but am unable to create appointment.

Has anybody faced this problem? Does it take sometime for HDFC to update the data into the system?

Yes, it takes 24 hrs to 48 hrs to update in the system. My parents also paid the fee on 29th. I am still waiting for it to get updated. But from my last experience you can start trying after 24-36 hours. Good luck!

48 hours need to pass after you have got the HDFC receipt. Only after that it will be activated.

PS: the receipt is valid till 1 year

can anyone of you schedule an appointment at this time?
Actually my parents also got the receipt on mar 29.If anyone of you do schedule,please inform me.
I am afraid that appointment dates are filling out.
