I have scheduled my parents Visa Interview ( Self Sponsor ) . In case the below question is answered what should be the answer ? Will $ 5000 per person be ok ?

Yes. It should be enough.

You can also write a letter address to visa officer, send it to your parents and state that your parents will stay at your house for the full duration of their stay so there will not be any accommodation expense.
