Need Help to know which Visa will be better and faster

Hello All,

I need help in regards to know which visa will be better for me, Me and my boyfriend are together in live in relationship in Oman and we are together since 4 years, however his family is in USA since a long time and recently he got his visa also and now he has got green card. Now actually we are thinking what is best option for us as we are planning to get married but we do not know whether we should marry in Oman or in USA and which Visa i can get faster as my boyfriend is planning to move to USA. If we marry in Oman which visa i can apply for and how long will it take.

Please help its urgent!

You can't enter US with intention to marry and settle in US after your marriage. Visa officer may ask the same question what's the purpose of your trip.
