Working or Retired??

I am trying to get an appointment for my parents for the second time. My father is currently working. Thats what we put in his application when he got rejected the first time. Is it better for his status to be "retired' or to be 'working' for more chances of getting a visa along with my mother who is a housewife.

How can u say retired if he is working??

Working is always better...just ask for less duration...

He is going to retire in September. So if I get a date before that, i can show him as working, or choose to book it in September or later as 'Retired'. So we have an option.
So you suggest 'Working' is better?

I believe so... in either case ask for say 2 months...Ur dad's leave letter should match whatever you are asking though...
