B2 Visa - Parent's name doesn't match

Hi,

I need to apply for my parents US Tourist Visa and have one below concern.

Name as per my parent's documents (including passport):
Dad: Given name: Ashok kumar
Mom: Given Name: Usha Devi

where as, I have below names on my passport and other documents:
Dad: Ashok
Mother: Usha

Just wanted to know, if this is gonna be an issue? Do you have any suggestions to tackle this situation? Please suggest.
