  • help on visitor visa for mother in law and brother family together question

    Hi,

i applied visitor visa for my mother in law 5 years back and it got rejected. i am trying to apply visa for her again now. also i am planning to apply visa for my brother's family too. can i take one appointment for both mother in law and brother's family together or should i take one appointment for my MIL and another for my brother's family. if i take one appointment for both of them does it impact my brothers family bcoz my MIL visa was rejected in past. can some one please help me in advising on how to proceed?

    Thanks

Doesn't matter, entirely up to applicants. Application schedule does not affect an individual.. or group's.. chances of an adjudication.

Each application is decided on it's merit, regardless of who interviews when.

      hi,

mother in law and your brother will be have to go to different V.O in any case since they are not direct family, unless you apply as a group.
It might not be advisable to apply as a group since your MIL has had a reject and therefore 5 yrs back the VO thot that she didnt have enough ties with India to be back. I dont know if much has changed in that aspect.

your brothers family has a better chance if they apply by themselves depending on additional factors such as have they traveled elsewhere before etc..
