Hi Everyone,

I have joined a new employer in ( month of Dec ) US and i will get H1b approval through premium.

My Stamping has expired on Jan 4'th of 2017.

I am planning to visit india in the month of may to get my parents here.

Query:

Can i get Drop box stamping along with my parents visa stamped? or is it mandatory to have a valid stamping before apply for parents Visa ( B2 ).

Your H1 has nothing to do with parent's B2 visa; B-visa is independent. They apply as two individual applicants, listing the purpose of their intended visit.
