1) My mom and dad went to visa on FEB 4th 2006 and got rejected on 214B basis. It seems Co (she) said that she doesn't have a feeling that my parents will go back to India after 6 months.
2) I was able to get appointment for my mother which is on April 20th 2006 and for my father on May 25 2006.
My mother is planning to come around May 10th to USA, if everything goes well on April 20th as my EDD is on MAY 31st.
But will the CO ask why is your husband not accompanying you (I am sure CO will definitely ask this question) as they have attended first interview together. What should my mother answer to this question? I mean what will be the best answer to convince CO that my mom is planning to travel alone and not with my father. Do you think CO Will know about my fathers appointment which is on MAY 25th?
