Hi,
If a person on L1 (Multiple entry) wishes to sponsor his parents; and around a month before the interview; the sponsor goes back on vacation in India for around 4-6 months; then is it possible to still get the visa for the parents? All sponsor docs are around 6 weeks old. Sponsor's visa is valid for another two years.
Pls advise.
