Hi
Myself Sharmil and my wife are planning to go to US for giving USMLE Step 2 CS Exam for a period of 2-3 weeks. I've been filling the application for visiting visa, and have got a couple of doubts which I can't find an answer online! Kindly help.
So here are the questions
1. Our passports doesn't contain spouse names, it's empty. In the application should we fill spouse column, and co-traveller column with each other's names. Will that be a problem considering both husband and wife traveling together means less ties to the home country.
2. Should we leave spouse and co traveller columns blank and proceed as two seperate individuals applying for visa. (Only proof of our marriage is a marriage certificate and of course ******** ?. All other legal documents are sperate, with separate permanent addresses and stuff)
3. We have a cousin over there and we'll be visiting them during the trip. Is it good idea to mention it?
4. Should it be B2, or B1/B2, for exam visit?
Basic info about us:
Married couple doctors, currently working in India
No children, staying in rented home, owns car.
Thanks in advance
Sharmil
