Need advice on bank account

Hi

My parents are going for visiting visa this month.Whether Bank account is necessary to show in India for my parents.My father dont have bank account .My mother got account but balance in that account below Rs20000 only.They got own house and they will get rent of 15000 on that house.Whehter we can show bank account of my mother with balance of Rs 20000.Whether it will b a problem.

Hi!

You don't have to show bank balance if you are sponsering the trip. When my mil went for her appointment she didn't show any.
