Time that must be spent OUT of USA ?

I have a B1 / B2 tourist visa for USA, I’ve already spent one year here,
and I wish to know what is the legal period of time that must be spent out of USA to be back again without any law violations?

You have spent one year where? In US or out of US?

There is no legal limit. It all depends on the purpose of visit. People doing
business in US enter as frequently as twice a month on a B1/B2 . But a tourist re-entering too soon may be asked questions.

I spent one yere in US. I came with a tourist visa and after six mounth I extended it.
Now I have to turn back in my country.

But because I have my sister and my new born nephew here ( in USA) I wish to know when I can come back without having any problems?

To be on a safer side , you must give it 4-5 months before you reenter.

Minimum 6 months. If extended before, 12 months.
