  • Medical Visa for sister living in india

I along with my wife are US citizens since Feb 2016, and I sponsored my mother and father in 2013 for US visitor Visa, they got the visa and travelled to see us twice since then.
I have one brother and two sisters (one married and one unmarried) living in India, One of sister who is unmarried and is aged around 29 yrs is suffering from Alopecia (complete Hair loss) she was under treatment from various doctors in India from last 12 years but still no luck though we have all the records. I am thinking to get her treated in USA now, from a Specialized Doctor on my expense since no insurance will cover it. The treatment cost should be USD 20,000. approx. My Yearly income is USD 130000. I work as a manager for a renowned company.
I am little bit confused on should I apply for her non-immigrant visa on medical grounds....what are the chances of getting this type of visa? She has no intentions of living in USA that's why I have not filed hers' petition under F4 category.
What documentation should I kept in mind while filing her application for medical treatment? Any suggestions to project this application in a better way? Please advise.

The most popular recipe for a black seed hair mask is very simple thehairlossadvisor.com. Mix an equal amount of olive and black seed oil. Mask should work 10-15 minutes and then wash hair carefully. Such a classic hair mask receives only good reviews. But do not forget to apply it regularly. And very soon your hair will be perfect.
