self paying or sponsored ?

We are renewing B2 visa for my mom. Last time we sponsored her but if this time in the DS 160 form we fill paying by herself for the trip. Will it have any negative effect or, will my mom have to show any minimum funds etc in her accounts in India ?

Please suggest.

2. Yes. There is no minimum or maximum. Show whatever money she is having in her account. Around Rs. 2-2.5 lakhs.
