Date Last Visa Issued: Visa renewal confusion Please Clarify
Hello,
I am applying to renew my 10 year old business visa, which expired last month. Five years back, I had also received an L1 visa valid for 2 years. I came back to India within 1 year after my project completion. The next time I visited the US from a different company on a business visa and my L1 was marked CWOP at the port of entry as I mentioned that I no longer needed it. After this incident I have traveled multiple times to the US on my business visa without any problem.
My confusion is for the question " Date Last Visa Issued" and "Visa Number" should I mention
a) The date and the number of my L1 visa? (or)
b) The date and the number of my recently expired B1 visa?
