appointment cancellation query

hi guys
i have taken online appmt for visa and i have re scheduled the date once
no i want to reschedule it again.it states that i will have to cancel my present appmt
if i cancel the appmt do i have to fill the form again or can i just opt for another date after cancellation of the present appmt (just like re scheduling)

Yes, you will have to refill the forms

If you cancel the appointment you will have to refill the forms as all the data will be lost.
