Issued B2 Visa in Saudi but will fly from Philippines

Hi,

One quick real dilemma, I got my B2 VIsa issued here in Riyadh, SA as Im planning to go to US for vacation. My problem is , I want to go back to my Home country first ( Philippines ) and will fly from there going to US.

1. Is it possible if I will go back to Home country first and will fly from there, even my visa was not issued there?
2. If yes, I can fly from my home country first, do i get any problems with my I-94 when I get to US immigration?
3. Do I still need some interviews / interrogations from Immigration about the purpose of the visit?

Yes, you can fly from anywhere in the world as long as your visa is valid
