Please help with applying for Renewal B2 Visa

Hi,

Can someone please help with actual process they followed while renewing parents visitor visa ? its pretty confusing.

1. fill DS 160 online and submit first ?
2. I 134 - documents required to send to India?
3. when to fill interview waiver form ?
4. DS 160 doesn't ask for photo ?
5. if we fill self sponsored, will they ask finances/account balance proof from parents in India?
