    I am a student on F1 visa, can I sponsor my mother?

    I am a PhD student and would like to sponsor my mother for a visit this summer. Her visa has been rejected 3 times due to various reasons. This is her 4th attempt. I have sufficient funds in my account since I have a scholarship as well as a students loan- about 25K. My visa is valid till 2009. Please advice if it I have any chances.
