I came on a holiday and when I went to VISA stamping was given a 221g for no client letter.
Have submitted the client letter and its been 2 months but no response from the consulate.
It very hard to continue paying rents and insurances in US dollars for months when Im not paid salary.
Would like to go wind up all the things and sell my stuff.
Is it possible to apply for a Tourist/Visitor B2 visa.
Will I face scrutiny if I apply for B2 when my H1B stamping is pending.
