Immigration Form at India Airports

This site is having a scanned copy of the form which we need to fill up upon arrival. Is it possible for somebody to put a departure form. In this way our parents will be at ease for filling up those forms.

Thanks a lot ..It will help everybody..Just to let everybody know this form is now changed a little bit. Now they are taking half of this form and the rest is stapled with the passport.

I would love to do the same. I have received so much of help from this site. My inlaws are expected here in Mid April. I will ask them to get a extra copy so that I can scan and post.
