Toll Free number on appointment letter

Hi

The toll free number on VISA appointment letter is a 1-800 number. Are we supposed to call this number from India or from US?

This toll free number and a pin number are given for 10 minute free talk.

We have to call them to get our "Expected date of arrival" on DS-156 to be changed.

The "Retrive/Modify application" feature on VFS site is not allowing us to make any further changes to DS-156. I think its because we have already made changs once.

Well, then if we have to make a second time change ... how can we do it?

Does calling the help line of VFS help us in this kind of issues?
