B2-Visa refused with unexpected reason from CO (strange!) Please help !

If you apply again in a month or two for your sister, the VO will think she is back in so short time, nothing would have changed, his mind would automatically make the decision to deny and not even bother to dig deeper. If you apply after a year, the longer time gap will prevent him making up his mind right away, he will try to at least see what changed, ask a few questions and decide. Just my opinion of how the normal human mind works.

Thanks a lot for these back-and-forth conversations. You are right, the chances of getting rejected with the early application is more. I was also thinking of consulting some good immigration attorney for this case. Do you recommend somebody?

I doubt if immigration attorney can do anything for a B2 visa.

In that case, is there any legal expert and guide or people just go by the instinct for B2 Visa? I see all these hotshots immigration attorneys mention they assist in B2 visa. Anyway i will check and let you guys know if they can help or not.
