exception error on date

Hi,

Some stupid programmer at vfs has not handled an exception and I get
'undef/undef/undef/ error on date' when I tried to enter my Dad's info to fill online form.

What to do??

They might have outsourced it to india... And the indian company might have outsourced it to china.... No wonder why its aways down for maintanence!!!!!!!
