Space between given name

Hello,
I am going to apply tourist VISA for my father his name in all documents as "Sunilkumar P" but in the passport given name as "Sunil Kumar" and last name as Prathap.
My last name in my passport is "Sunilkumar"
Does it impact his tourist VISA or impact anything on my work permit
