B2 Visa req help needed

I am going for interview on 26th for B2 visa and pls tell what all documents i have to take .The present company in which i am working is sponsoring me.
Do i have to take the bank statements and all,Pls give me an overview

Business visa is B1 and not B2.

On the company's letter head, a statement(can be addressed to the consular, US embassy/consulate) by a senior person in the company,
stating your employment status, job duration, salary drawn, and in some detail, the purpose/duration of your visit to the US. Also, that the expense will be borne by the company. Include your own tax returns for the last 2 years and salary slip and bank statements for the last 6 mnths. Also
