Second visit of my mother

Hi,
I am a US citizen and my mother visited me in the US 5 years back and stayed with me for 1 month and went back. I want her to visit me again this year. Should I repeat the whole process again?
My mother has a 10 years multiple entry visa.
Please, advise me about the steps to be taken this time.

What process? She has already been approved for a visa. She just has to travel. It will be up to the IO to allow her entrance or not and her allowed duration of stay.
