Help required for a Tourist Visa case

Hi ,
I am IT professional working for a Top MNC in India and my salary is roughly 12k/month. I have planned for a USA VISA trip with my family (aged parents). I am also currently single. The trip's planned by a reputed Tour operator. I have a Visa Interview set next week. what are the chances of Visa getting accepted.

Documents that i have :

1. Salary Slips (6 months)
2. NOC/Leave grant letter from my Company HR
3. Bank balance (FD, Savings)
4. Letter from my parents stating that they are bearing the cost of living and travel.
5. Work experience certificate from employer (~3 yrs)
6. Salary certificate from Employer

Negatives :

1. No Land property
2. Single

Please suggest if soemthing is Missing.
