visitor visa to Canada while being in US on a tourist visa

I have planned to visit US sometimes in the month of April ( I do have a multiple visa to US and have visited US during the month December 2016 also) Can I apply and get a tourist visa to Canada from US and come back to India from canada

You can apply for Canada visa from US if you are planning to visit Canada for short duration. I would suggest that you should leave for India from US instead of Canada.
