Originals/print out of scanned documents for I-134?

My parents are going for bio metrics to Delhi for renewal Visa. I am the sponsor and sending documents. No interview only biometrics.
Can I scanned/soft copies of all I-134 form, bank letters, employment letter etc or, all need to be original ? Please help.
