Hi,
My parents have their visa appointment in the first week of may.Could somebody pls tell me if they require original ownership papers or will an estimate from the chartered accountant be sufficient?What additional documents do they need in case they take an estimate from the CA as a proof of property ownership?They do have their bank statements,passbooks etc.

Just the evalution from a CA is enough... there are pretty good accountants out there who does a good job... Also apart from the bank statements , make sure to make an additional affidavit of the family tree(children and grand children).

Can any one tell me what does affidavit of family tree mean? Is it the same as the one mentioned in the visitor documents section of this website, "Sample affidavit for father" and "Sample affidavit for mother". Please let me know.
My parents have appontment on April 10th.
