did not got 1-94 ?

My cousin arrived USA this week on B2 visa. At the airport he processed entry into automated machine and handover the print out to a officer at airport. He did not get any 1-94 or arrival stamp from USCIS.
what to do in that case? or according to new rules there is no I-94 for visitors ?
please help.

Since mid-2013 for people arriving by air I-94s have been electronic. People usually get entry stamps but that is not essential.
