Appointment Reschedule

When you click on appointment reschedule/Cancel link, it asks for all the details in the first screen, and then goes to a screen which prompts you to click on 'Confirm reschedule' without showing the dates. If you click on that, does it automatically confirm your apoointment for the next available date or does it show you a calender frame again?
