Re Entry on B1/B2 Visa

Hello I'm planning to visit US in the last week of march for a music festival. I already have a valid B1/B2 Visa. I'm planning to go to mexico from Miami and come back after 5 days to miami for the music festival. I wanted to know if there will be a problem for me to re-enter US in 5 days?

Also are there any re-entry laws?

I have a multiple type entry visa valid for 10 years.

As per my understanding, It should be OK if you are going on Cruise. Otherwise you have to apply for Mexico visa.
